These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of XDC Gateway. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

XDC Gateway provides RPC infrastructure for XDC Network and other supported chains. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

  • Do not exceed the rate limits or quotas of your plan.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase. Usage above your plan's included limits may incur overage charges or throttling. See Pricing for current details.

Availability

We work to keep the service highly available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Service levels for enterprise customers are governed by a separate agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XDC Gateway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes
